Earlier Years
A lifelong New Yorker, being part of a fast-paced metropolitan environment shaped an appreciation for urgency and efficiency. Living and working across Long Island, Queens, and Manhattan provided exposure to diverse cultures, with the incredible variety of cuisines being a personal highlight.

The professional journey began in my teens with country club and restaurant hospitality, golf caddying and special events. Eventually expanding into various industry roles, including management, food & beverage, operations.

My curiosity for business led to developing skills in sales, marketing, graphic design, and branding while working and being mentored by Susan Buroker during fine art studies. A business owner and artist who taught me how to think in terms of design, and how to manage the rights of art for commercial purposes. Additionally, working in hospitality in Long Island exposed me to financial management, people management, and putting in the extra work to increase profits, reinvestment, and value.

During a skiing trip in upstate New York, I met the newly appointed CEO of Everlast® Sports Nutrition, who informed me they needed someone to help expand their operations. This opportunity brought experience into different markets, demographics, customers, and end-users that crafted their life around higher quality in general; food and beverage ingredients, products, people, and active lifestyles. The business eventually sold to TwinLabs Corporation, but working and learning from executives, athletes, and body builders was very motivating, inspiring, and helped transform my life both personally and professionally. I'm not perfect, but the experience influenced me heavily and will leave an impression for a lifetime.

In 2013, an opportunity in real estate presented itself, selling NNN, shopping centers, mixed use, and apartment properties across the Northeast and Southeast regions, adding a financial perspective of over $100 million in sales to my experience. This achievement felt good, and fueled me to want to learn more about the financial world.

Recruitment into a work-study program brought an opportunity to earn an MBA in Fort Lauderdale through Purdue University in the summer of 2018. I decided that education and higher learning would be beneficial for the long-term.
